Terms & conditions for Shipment:

Shipment cost is based upon the size and weight of orders, each and every final destinations and mode of shipment. Orders up to 20 kg of any items can instantly shipped. To inquiry for large quantity order please contact us.

We have tied up with DHL and TNT as our Shipping partner. Shipment can also be done as per your requirement through other service provider through UPS or SKY NET. Large volume (bulk) order for resale will be shipped by Air freight service (air Cargo, airport to airport service) as per customers requirement.

Our catalog prices include all the additional documentation\'s charge, custom clearance in Nepal, taxes, levies, packaging, local transportation in Nepal, forwarding etc.

Packaging:

Our products are hand made in Nepal with the use of all the authentic natural stone painting and use of 24 carat gold. We preserve your order and handle your packaging of our order. Procedure for thangka packaging is tunnel packing. The material used for packaging is P.V.C Tube, which is anti rust and cannot be bendable. Your order will be nicely folded and wrapped by lokta paper or rice-paper to give the complete Nepali handicraft souvenir.

Wholesale Orders:

Discounted wholesale prices can be availed to approved retail businesses and retail stores, for only who are ready to resale the item purchased with us. The rates shown in our catalog is only for retail. We would look forward and more than happy to provide the special rates for business partners who look to resale our products to their local market at prompt. We guarantee to provide the rate to meet your convenience. Special freight charge can also be provided for the orders above 25kg. Please contact us for further information. We will provide you the information according to your requirement within a business day of your query.

Insurance and Damages:

We suggest our Customer to have the shipments insurance covered for any shipments. Almost all the orders valued up to US $100 are covered by us. We recommend mandatory 1% of the total amount of the Goods for orders valued above US $100 to cover your freight and coverage for any damage and claims. In foremost, If you receive your product that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Secure ALL packing materials and paperwork. If you notice external damage to the package at the time of delivery, alert the delivery person at that time, and, if possible, have them verify this damage in writing.

Brokerage and Claims:

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.
